Becoming Good Soil People
An innovative process of gathering stories from diverse people who share a proximal context. The stories are creatively interwoven and staged to facilitate meaningful engagement and new understanding, which informs new vision and collaborative action. Good Soil projects can be shaped and implemented for a variety of settings-- neighborhoods, schools, corporations, and organizations, etc....

The Good Course
The Good Course is an in-person or online 10-hour seminar that shifts focus from the question what is the problem, to, what is good? The course features examples of breaking through reductive frames and coproducing regenerative vision and plans of action.

Living in Stories
This is the solo version of “The Good Course”--a guided process for activating narrative communicative agency and discovering meaningfulness and new vision found within personal stories. A person is never confined to a status, a role, or a single story, and is an active agent inside multiple stories where responses and choices are always waiting to be made.
